If you are looking to buy or sell a home in southwest Florida Adam is an exceptional real estate agent. My wife and I decided to move from Wisconsin to Fort Myers based on recommendations from friends and started our search before ever visiting the southwest Florida area. Our first contact with Adam was from Wisconsin and we were not even sure what we wanted in a new home. Adam has a great knowledge of the area and spent a great deal of the time during our search learning about our preferences and showing us a variety of properties. He took the time to show us properties that he knew we would not purchase just to give us a perspective of the types of homes and to demonstrate the differences between the many Fort Myers communities. Adam took the time to do this because we were new to the area. This was very helpful in our decision making process. In the end, he found us the perfect house and walked us through every step of the purchasing process. He also spent time after the purchase was complete to help us get settled in. Adam is hard working, pleasant, professional and very responsive to requests. We would highly recommend him to all our friends.

Adam was referred to us by a friend. We connected with Adam in May to engage him in a search for a property in a golf community. Adam was extremely helpful and responsive and quickly identified properties of interest for us. He had us all set for our visit to Fort Myers an in a week we made an offer. We closed on a property we love in September. Adam was extremely knowledgeable on the area and each community and explained the pro's and con's of each. As well he was extremely patient and answered our many questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Adam as he went above and beyond our expectations.

Adam is by far the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. We looked for over a year trying to find the perfect house. I have had more than one real estate relationship with Adam. The attribute that stands out above all others is his responsiveness. Whether it a phone call, text message, or email his responses are timely. He has also gone the "extra mile" for me on several occasions. Lastly, he is a great and caring individual. He provides a sense of caring about the individual well beyond the business transaction. You don't find many agents like Adam. He is a unique professional in a profession with several to pick from. I would recommend Adam to anyone looking for a professional real estate agent whether searching for or selling a home. The summer of 2010, my wife and I started looking at property in the Ft Myers area. We found 3 realtors, through the internet, that were willing to help us. When 2 of them realized that we were not going to jump right into a sale, they bailed on us, but not Adam. We stayed in contact for over a year, he kept feeding us properties in the Ft Myers/Bonita Springs/Naples area and in October 2011, we flew down from New Hampshire and spent a weekend with Adam looking at 25 properties. Bottom line, Adam wasn't just looking for the quick sale. He's was there for us, helping us find exactly what we're looking for. He found us a condo in the Palm River neighborhood of Naples that was priced significantly below our budget. Yesterday, February 24, 2016, Adam just closed our third transaction in Naples over the last 4+ years. He finalized the sale of one of our condo in just five weeks from the day it was listed. He's very knowledgeable of the market, always there when you need him, awesome negotiator and we couldn't have done it without him. Adam Rudd goes the extra mile no matter what price home u r looking for. He is not a high pressure sales person. He will spend whatever time is necessary to help u find that"special place" After the sale he is there for u too. This was really appreciated by us as we are out of town buyers. We have bought and sold about 15 homes in our lifetime. Adam is the best realtor we have ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a Florida property.

I have used Adam Rudd as my realtor on several occasions, and he has always been excellent. Adam is a very positive person and is not easily discouraged. He has an abundance of patience and knowledge of the local real estate market. Buying a home can be a very frustrating and daunting experience, but Adam makes the experience easier. I find his willingness to research and investigate potential homes invaluable. No matter how often I call him (sometimes after office hours), he is cheerful and supportive. In the future, when I need an agent for a purchase or a sale, I will contact Adam Rudd again.

We have bought several properties over the years all of the country and Adam has been hands down the best agent we have ever used. He was very patience with us being an out of down buyer. The whole process took almost 1 year due to construction delays etc. and Adam was awesome during all of this time. He took videos and pictures of us during construction and kept us updated. He did 2 final walkthroughs for us and was very careful of what still needed to be done. He also was kind enough to be present for delivery of furniture for us during a holiday weekend so we will not have to stay in a hotel when arriving in town. No need to call any other agent, call Adam!!

We were referred to Adam by a colleague of mine whom Adam helped a few years ago to buy a second home. Adam was outstanding! He corresponded with me by email and phone prior to our visit to learn what we wanted, and when we visited the area he showed us several properties that checked the majority of our must-have boxes. He is an expert in the Southwest Florida market, from Fort Myers to Estero to Bonita Springs to Naples. Also important, he is a pleasure to work with and a lot of fun!
