I could not recommend Berkshire Hathaway and Alice Toy more highly. Alice was phenomenal every step of the way. She is so knowledgable about the entire home search and buying process. She helped us find the right area for us, which was great since we were coming from out of state and weren't familiar with Florida. Alice made sure we were confident and understood the entire pathway to close on the house. She went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were happy with our new home.
