Chad Phipps is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced! I especially liked his experience in knowing the costs involved with a variety of items (as small as pool heaters to as large as a new Florida roof). That reassured us that we wouldn't have a lot of unexpected costs when we moved in, and it helped us tremendously in deciding what to offer and how to negotiate. He probably saved us $50,000 (10%!) at the negotiation table. We were very specific in what we wanted, and when searching online ourselves, we did not see all the homes that Chad picked out for us to see. I'm not sure if the other Realtors forgot to add in the correct subdivision, and that's why the other homes that Chad showed us weren't showing up in our Zillow search (??), but seeing the extra homes from the MLS - we were able to experience first hand two very similar homes, but one with new amenities vs. less expensive, and that let us decide indeed on the one we liked most, confirming we were making the right decision. We appreciate Chad going the extra mile and finding homes that we could not find on our own. We are very happy with Chad's customer service. He made sure he was available when we flew down, he picked us up, and to top it off - Chad's a real nice, genuine, honest and ethical guy, and that's really important to us. Thank you Chad!

Had a great experience with this transaction due largely to our realtor Chad Phipps. Chad was knowledgeable about the property, responsive and was able to guide us through the contract, inspection and closing phases of the transaction. He was very much in our corner during the whole process which was hugely beneficial in terms of reliving what can be a stressful experience. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for a property in Pelican Bay.
