I've been around the Southwest Florida real estate world for a long time, and Richard Prebish is the Port Royal expert. Nobody knows those waterfront estates better. I've watched him handle some of the biggest sales in the neighborhood over the years, always with total discretion and a real command of what these properties are worth and why. If you're buying or selling in Port Royal or anywhere along the Naples beachfront, start with Richard. Five stars, easily.
