Growing up in Westfield, Indiana, my father owned a construction company where my identical twin brother (and team leader) and I spent our summers helping real estate agents with inspection response repairs and home remodeling. After high school, we joined a construction company building custom homes for Artist Series Homes, Arbor Homes, and Pulte Homes. A Musical Detour For several years, my brother and I toured the Midwest with our band, recording albums and even becoming the house band for ESPN's SportsNation TV program in 2012. While music was an exciting chapter, we eventually found new passions in life. From Auctioneering to Real Estate In 2012, I earned my auctioneer license from Reppert's Auctioneer School and co-founded Fredericks Auction Co., focusing on estate sales and real estate auctions. However, as competition grew, I returned to the construction industry before becoming a home inspector for HouseMaster in 2014, completing over 2,500 inspections. Back to Real Estate with F.C. Tucker In 2019, I decided it was time to "get the band back together" and joined my brother's team at F.C. Tucker. My success in real estate is fueled by my passion, experience, professionalism, and commitment to serving your real estate needs. I constantly educate myself on the latest market trends to be the best realtor for sellers, buyers, and investors. Seth is an excellent agent, and I highly recommend him! I’m a first-time homeowner, and working with Seth really alleviated the concerns and confusion that comes with the home buying process. He was always enthusiastic about looking at each potential home and at the same time very honest about his thoughts regarding how the homes suited my criteria, and if there was a property that caught my interest outside of the area we were initially looking he promptly expanded his research into that part of town. With his background working as a home inspector, I was put at ease knowing that Seth has a trained eye looking for things I would never even considered.
